Carol Summerfield<\/a>\u00a0Executive Director of the\u00a0Lake Forest Lake Bluff History Center<\/a>\u00a0stopped by to give Pete the info on her opening night for the\u00a0Map Stories Exhibit<\/a><\/p>\n

This exhibition provides an\u00a0exciting and rare opportunity to see 19th and 20th century maps from their extensive collection–from hand-drawn maps of the early village to road maps for that new fangled automobile. Stop by for a chance to see the history of our community through a different vantage point.<\/p>\n

This will be the first event\u00a0at the museum\u00a0in over a year, and they will have complimentary drinks and light hors d’oeuvres to enjoy before or after viewing the exhibit. Face coverings will still be required inside the building, but not outside!”<\/p>\n
